BBT Hans finally performed a couple of cool wheelies with BBT’s Teufelheb in last weekends VW Action @ the Santa Pod International race track (UK).
Pulling wheelies with the Heb was the only reason we converted the restoration project Hebmuller n°56 into a real drag racer.
A real Hebmuller pulling real wheelies, now we’re talking!
Hans drove a very respectable 11.9121sec @ 107.93mph that’s a mere 173km/hr and is proud member now of the 11sec class club!
Awesome!, This bus killed me for as long as I knew her (and believe me that’s a nice couple of years) Finally I was able to obtain her, freshly unpacked yesterday out of an incoming BBT container from the West Coast of the United States of America.
This baby is FOR SALE!

The cab floors have been replaced like they should be, all complete, nice and easy… all shiny like original!
Dash is virgin, the seats received a real nice new upholstery, this bus is made by a veteran bus guru, someone we can’t teach nothing, he knows what he’s doing, and is simply better than we would do it ourselves…
A brand new set of panels from Clara with the typical wood slats, absolutely the best money can buy on planet earth, they look good don’t they? Only a rear seat, leaves all options open, You like to transform it into a camper? It’s all yours … or at least as soon as You paid for it is….:)
The original engine is missing, never came with the bus… so they mounted a very strong 1600cc dual port engine in it, this bus seems to wanna fly on the Autobahn, I drove it myselve and it’s really pulling you back in the seat!
Underneath nice and dry as outside, what needed repair is already properly done…
What a beast, the sun doesn’t have to shine to make this bus paint a smile on my face…
