A real Early westy SO23 here in the rather rare Dove Blue, factory finished with a white roof!

Original Flip Top buses are a rare breath, beautiful, rare and practical (the last one to pout on your pants in early morning for a 50 year old guy like I am!)

The Westfalia roofrack is a nice addition to any bus…. This bus is welded underneath, but most metal is still the original… doglegs, rockers and some outriggers been changed.

Original Dove blue, still factory paint, and uncut taillights! Drooling patina… Hardcore for sure!

Safari’s are so nice in a bus like this, who can tell; Open the Front window please????

Driver cab is clean, with an unmolested dash and clean reupholstered door panels and bench seat! Black steering wheel is bone stock for all Westfalia’s from this age! we also like to point out the hens teeth rare (and nice and pricey) alu handle on the dash, period accessory, well sought after today!

The camping cargo area is over cool, with all original wooden furniture, and correct cushions…

Even the wooden headliner in airplane tin wood is still the original from the factory! mention also the spoon latches for all pop outs!

Even the all original Bakelite kind a water tap and the BIG water reservoir still in place…

A view from the back… coming from the USA its rather rare to have the Ice box chest (on the left side in the back), as most US models came with out! The green cover on the back floor is all original and installed in this bus since new! Very rare indeed!

Ready to camp, are You ready too? This bus needs some detailing, and a mechanical check up as any car coming from the States… norms seems to be different over there. We can provide all works at cost…

No …. stop, we have one more surprise… this beauty comes with an all original Westfalia tent! The tent is little dirty, but in very good shape for being 55 years old! Red and white was all original to a Dove Blue bus, crazy stuff believe me! The tent it selves is worth a small fortune on the Westfalia markets today! Ssssst! we’re sleeping! Don’t come knocking when  the westy is rockin’….

This is a blue Chip VW collectible… Westfalia’s are the on the big rise, there is way less Westfalia’s as as there are 21 or 23 window samba’s. Original Westfalia’s You can buy in your lifespan You might can count on one single hand. This is a unique opportunity!

We do find them, don’t we.? … Just because we’re bus people, we speak bus, live bus, even breath bus… we don’t find buses, but buses do find us… they want to find a good home… help us!

This 1965 was started with all good will and a lot of passion, but the project was little to heavy for the last owner so he asked us to sell it… there is all doors and some other parts coming along….

Needs a nose, we have in reproduction eventually…
