BBT’s super warehouse hero Kukie made a couple of snapshots while packing a pallet, so for all of you to share and see quality packaging @ BBT… we feel that packing is real important part of our quality and service program we like to maintain….
The most important is to sort out everything well before packing, organising is first step of a nice pallet…
We start with all heavy and large goods underneath…
with smaller boxes on top, everything tight and stuffed well, so it will not move during transport, as soon as it start moving, it will damage… easy….
Top is for all trim, glass and light parts….
Label is important, so everybody knows where it has to go, and we don’t want our pallets stacked under other ones…
this is how a closed pallet looks, shrink wrapped, so even it would be overloaded or delivered on rainy day out of our powers, content will still stay dry!
Ready for pick up or delivery….
We @ BBT just like to take service one step further…
This is a real survivor, and just detailed by BBT… unbelievable, all original, some smaller dents, but no rust at all, and all original paint, never been hit, no collision, nothing hided… all You see the car had when it came from the factory in Osnabrück brand new in 1969…
nice from EVERY angle!
1969, still the “nice almond shaped taillights”
interior extreme cool, also all original, like it came from the factory! only center crack in the dash, there has to be some negative…:)
engine compartment very clean and original, not a common view in Ghia’s…
real mileage!
wowh, we get to the real interesting pictures now for real Karmann Ghia afficiando’s…. yes, this is original!
and even better, this is original too! only cleaned!
Look how shiny the original paint still is! Even underneath!
floor plate in as new condition, all stock, all original
what a beautiful car, and amazing condition! Auto stick shift adds to the fun….
woops, Filip our in house photographer, is already busy with his full random picture shoot… this means that this baby will appear with a full feature soon on our home page….
From all original Ghia’s, we don’t find them often anymore, this is a real cherry! Ready to become part in any collection, so nice! contact me for all further information on Bob@bbt4vw.com
