Hard to believe but in the eighties nobody wanted a splitwindow bus, just nobody…..
This picture was taken in the eighties somewhere on Germany’s largest junkyard “Kiesow”….
Happy Sunday…
Are you for or against Covid vaccination?
Belgium is getting on cruise speed with vaccinations and even shifts higher.
If things continue this way we will over pass USA by half of next month…
Very weird, population of the northern Flemish part of the little country of Belgium is way better willing a shot as the southern French speaking part.
It’s hard to believe you be against a vaccination, when you know several vaccinations you get as a baby without a choice… probably soon that will be one extra.
Well you can be for or against vaccinations, but you can’t be against our BBT News and product information.
Let’s kick off this week with some new entries from Vintage Speed exhausts.
Since we do not produce our own Abarth style exhaust anymore we’re very happy we can offer this Vintage Speed replacement.
As all Vintage speed exhausts this is made 100% from Stainless Steel and engineered for best flow.
Abarth was an exhaust manufacturer originally from Italy who was quite successful to calculate and produce better as stock exhaust flows.
Abarth was the best Volkswagen exhaust money could buy back in the day, hence the choice for many period tuners like Okrasa and others.
For several car brands their design named the exhaust style.
For Volkswagen we call them pea-shooters in English because the 4 small exhaust tubes do look exactly as they can shoot peas out any moment…
So meet the Vintage Speed “Pea shooter” Abarth exhaust, available now from our shelves.
3280-131 Exhaust Abarth 13-1600cc ‘Vintage Speed’ without pre-heat risers / Stainless steel
As a second Vintage speed introduction this week we like to present this exhaust very special designed for lowered buses with dual carburetors.
The Vintage Speed engineer did a great job engineering this exhaust.
Especially made for lowered buses build between 1960 & 1967 giving maximum ground clearance.
The tail pipe is hidden as well under the rear apron.
It’s a masterpiece and a relief for many bus drivers with lowered and very much lowered buses.
The same exhaust but for stock style carburator with pre heater set up you can find HERE
