My buddy Hayo stopped by the other day on his way home-coming back from a car delivery somewhere in France… on his way back he stopped all and everywhere (as we know him) and digged and searched in and above… and look what he digged, ok, it’s not a VW but to find an Italian made Microcar in France, with an Aprilia scooter engine, well that can be called “weird” I suppose… I thought this was cool enough to share with all of You…

Too long time no news of what we do in al this dark winternights in BBT, what’s happening and what’s been born in our secret constructions site…. well offcourse previews are unique for BBT Blog readers….
Seems the good old Diesel engine rebiuild will be finsihed soon, I hope so, as weeds will start growing in my little woodland so a lot of work for me and the Porsche baby ahead…

One of the most popular Portuguese newspapers in Brazil, Folha de Sao Paulo, has published an interesting comparison for both Beetle models, a ‘79 Beetle versus a new Beetle.
The writer is a popular journalist in Brazil who owns himself a 1979 model and had the chance to ride a new one, Mexican made, for 20 days.
The journalistic matter itself says almost nothing but nostalgia, but the comparison pictures are interesting.
