World leaders should look and take a lesson…
We are proud we can continuously supply more and better parts to “our” community.
Some brand-new releases this week, as every week.
Welcome to the BBT NEWS.
We complete our line front axle grease caps.
Grease caps are sitting over the nuts adjusting the play on your front wheel bearing.
Most Volkswagens have at the left a square hole for the speedo cable and at the right there are completely closed.
Today we present you the grease caps for T25/T3/Vanagon.
Originally Volkswagen placed a small rubber plug covering the square hole on a “left” one to use on the right side.
We made a proper right side without (square) hole.
We made what VW should had made but didn’t.
We finished our T25/T3/Vanagon in black paint, exactly like original.
These caps will not fit all-wheel drive Synchro models.

After years of research, we found a good manufacturer for chrome lock covers.
Volkswagen used chrome lock covers on several applications.
We are proud to present you the 100% correct lock cover for 67-68 treasure chest locks.
Exactly used on last year Split window and first year Bay window single cab pick-up truck.
100% exactly like original stamped in high grade chrome steel.
Complete with spring that helps the upper lid cover the hole in the lower lid.
To stay in place we made the covers with correct length of the legs in the back.
The earlier “butterfly” model and later Bay window model with the tab are in development too and will be released soon!
0428-310 Treasure chest lock cover pick up – Bus 08/66-07/68
Absolutely not happy with the existing reproduction and after losing another one we decided the market deserved better.
We made our new engine lid lock cover for Split window bus with correct long legs.
That is right, we started from an NOS model and made the legs same length as original.
Once the correct length legs plied to keep the cover in position its fixed and keep on sitting.
You do not need glue, Loctite or TEC-7 anymore to keep our lock covers in place.
100% exactly like original stamped in high grade chrome steel.
Complete with spring that helps the upper lid cover the hole in the lower lid.
Now you can mount your engine lid lock cover exactly like it was meant to be.

The BBT NEWS team wishes you a wonderful weekend, full of peace, love and understanding.
What a week we had @ BBT HQ.
Never ever we received so many goods at the same time.
Long backorder list melted as snow in the sun.
Our infill went up with close to 10% in a week.
New products came in as well.
We are happy to present them here, now and in the upcoming weeks.
Welcome to BBT News.
After the last Brazilian OE producer stopped production, we had to find new sources.
The 56-64 Volkswagen Beetle deserved its proper emergency brake boot.
More off, besides a rather poor quality, the Brazilian boot had the wrong grain.
But it did the job, kind off, even only available in black color.
Any longer available meant we simply had to team up with the producers from our split and oval emergency brake boots.
After a lot of trials and errors we’re very happy with our final result.
Specially to find the correct surface grain we had to redo the tooling several times.
Persisting, we found a company that could etch the tooling correctly.
Exactly the grain used by the German Volkswagen factories.
Finishing our own tooling meant we could choose colors!
Black being available before but was only correct for Standard and Brazilian made beetles.
So now we made them correctly in grey for perfect finish of any German made deluxe or export model 55-64 beetle.
The black colored ones are at the same time back available with correct surface grain.
Proud of this production, we finished them with a small BBT logo and OE part number on the underside.

It was long times since we offered early fuel pumps new.
When we first got the new reproduction from the Italian factory we returned because it did not meet our requirements.
Factory listened carefully to our comments and adjusted what had to be done.
We evaluated the new prototypes made to our remarks.
We tested over 5000km on road trips on our own VW’s.
Happy with the results, we offer now to the public.
This pump has connections for 6mm fuel lines, you find HERE.
