Spot on the BBT parking lot this week was BBT Pascal’s new ride… a real Bugster, what was a Belgian homologated road version of the famous US Baja Bug from back in the eighties.
This particular car was made by BBT customers back in the eighties and survived time wunderwell… Recently it ended up in the hands of Pascal who uses it now as a fun car….
Back to the eighties….
Nice sight between the modern cars, hmmmm where are the days it was normal to have these kind of daily’s at the BBT parking lot….

1965 13 window that had a little fire and an extreme cool 1970 early bay with original sign writing passenger bus…
Age before beauty let’s start with something… radical….
Always dreamed to make that perfect Outlaw? Here’s your change… just give it a “dirty oil” treatment to prevent any further corrosion, put windows in, go over the mechanics and electricity and you will have the talk of every VW show you will ever attend….
1963 burned down 13 window deluxe split window bus… dirty cheap in split window land, this might be your entry into the world of (Split window) dreams….
This baby was sad enough to experience a “hot party” but the front was saved largely….
The sides did not so good…
But it’s still a bus, deserves a little more fun before going down…. engine and trans seems to be survived well, only need some new “external” parts, both still contain their oil….
Upholstery was “eaten” as well, sad to see a walk through in this condition, will you give this baby a second chance?
Underneath it’s not bad at all, some little corners to fix but in general, pretty solid…
It’s already lowered, so all you have to do is make it a driver again… we do sell it for less as the combined price of the usable parts still on board, split window parts are a holy grail….
We do keep on finding them, don’t we? We work hard and have a network second to none.
Therefore we have WAY OUTSTANDING buses, leaving our competition light years behind… TheseBabys being another proof…
