Another cool camper came from far away, not easy to get and we worked hard, but with the help of some friends it finally arrived safe and sound! Thank you to our BBT friends for the help!
1973 Riviera fitted pop top camper, untouched for years!
sitting in a back yard… that’s how it spend most of its living years lately….
We didn’t detail or polish, we leave that up to You… it need some body work for some poor repaired light damage, but the body is actually very solid, as solid as it can be… oh yes, WAY better than the average….
with some TLC this bus can be a very happy camper again!
untouched… or “dans son jus” as they say so nicely with a French tongue…
How many buses do come from West Coast USA with NONE rust under the front windshield?

With some detail and TLC the driver cab can be your favourite place on the planet again….

Typical Riviera interior!
Pop top is all there, but the fibreglass has to be glued back to the hinge frame as its loose! canvas looked ok from the inside…
Engine is all complete and seems they put a set of dual carbs instead of the single ones, but all nicely done, we can’t tell anything about the engine as we didn’t try to fire it up yet, after this long time of no use maybe its better to make an oil change and small service first…
As said, the beauty is underneath… rock solid!

Super cool 1976 Westfalia pop top 4 sleeper just arrived to BBT shores….
Engine need to be assembled, but seems its complete (pictures below) and some work on left rocker, that’s the worst, all the rest, uber cool bus, an economical way to acquire a high valuable late westy bay window for an affordable price…

Extremely seldom we see an interior this clean coming in, we didn’t even detail yet!

underneath this bus is ubercool solid, as said, main problem is this rocker, not real bad, but cosmetically it should be repaired for being perfect!
Right side rocker (under sliding door) is way better…
2.0litre engine do come along, being all in parts… but seems to be all there at first sight…
