19 january 2024 - NEW

It’s winter in Western Europe.
Snow, ice, and freezing temperatures.

It’s an extreme winter in Scandinavia.
Loads of snow, extremely freezing and too much ice.

It is almost spring weather in south of Spain.
BBT customers send us pictures from their lunch on their patio…

Nothing we can do about the weather.
But we can help with parts for your Classic Volkswagen.

This week again we have a couple of real cool releases for you lined up.
Welcome to the BBT News.

Most Bay Window Westfalia campers had always an unbelievable beautiful upholstery.
Beautiful, checkered colors, to match the woodgrain interiors.

As nothing last forever,  we now offer our brand new (re)production as a perfect replacement.
Several reproductions were already on the market, but nothing that could carry our interest.

We bring you bright colors, wear-resistant, economically priced and fire retardant.
That last one is especially important and even mandatory in camper vans.

This upholstery is specially woven for us and meets all our requirements.
We have a cool quantity breakdown on rolls of 50 meters.

But we sell also per running meter on a width of 150cm in all five original colors.
Logically, we will not accept returns for custom-delivered lengths.

Perfect to bring that scruffy interior back to factory standards.
Or are you creative enough to make accessories, cushions, purses or?

Making tooling can be tricky…

This tooling was ordered over 10 years ago.
Major surprise when we got the phone call three months ago it was finally ready!

This plug sits in the lower part of the B pillar on all bay window buses and T25/T3/Vanagon.
It is meant to seal the holes after treating the cavities for corrosion prevention.

Easy installation. Four needed per car.
Insert the plug and tap the top in with a hammer.

The other plug for your Bay window B-Pillar & door step you find HERE

Totally unhappy with what was available we made our own valve cover gaskets.
Quality is a main issue, we teamed up with a very experienced cork gasket maker.

Testing being more important than producing we evaluated multiple samples on different test cars and engines over the last couple of years.
Perfect fit, to stay in place and no leaks that were our targets.

Several combinations later, changing the mixture of rubber, cork, density, and pressure temperatures we got the positive results we had been looking for.
Even without any sealer if  used in combination with BBT valve cover HERE and BBT valve cover clip HERE

Finally, a valve cover gasket our beloved Volkswagens deserved.
And because of the quantity produced we can offer at competitive prices with very cool quantity breakdowns, order yours now!

Some new rubbers for T25/T3/Vanagon, and a  new production for split window beetle parts.
This week we show that we cover all volkswagen models that came with air-cooled engines.

Very early till very last models, we might have the parts you need.
Let us introduce you to our new “harvest” of this week.

Welcome to BBT News.

T25/T3/Vanagon Syncro models have a completely different fuel tank and filler set up than  their regular brothers.
The gas tank being in the back, makes that the filler neck moved also to the rear part of your ride.

Kept in place with a rubber to its bracket to avoid unnecessary vibrations and a precise fit.
We now bring you  this very specific rubber for the Syncro filler neck.

Another proud BBT production to get these rubbers in an excellent quality at a fair price.
Other fuel neck rubbers and derivates you can find HERE

0492-865 Filler neck seal Synco – Bus 10/84-07/92

Also T25/T3/Vanagon pick-up models don’t escape our attention.
We made the rubber seals for the treasure chest doorhandle.
Fits single as double cab treasure chest doorhandles.

0723-735 Seal Treasure chest door handle small – Bus 05/79/07/92 BBT

Beside our premium brake drum line from OMC, we also work hard on our house brand brake drums.
High quality brake drums made in Brazil by a large brake drum manufacturer.

BBT brake drums  come in their custom designed boxes.
For 2024, we plan significant expansion of our range private label brake drums.

Battery cover mounting kits for your split window beetle or barndoor bus, we sold out too long ago, are BACK!
We had to make brand new tooling as the old tooling was badly stored.

Quiet a challenge but we succeeded again and finished this project.
Making these necessary items back available.

0637-9 Batterycover mountingkit – Beetle -09/52 (pair) BBT

We updated our 4 Watt bulbs for parking lights.
Because the wrong design of the old badge where the collar plied outside, they did not fit early reflectors.

We changed that design and are now happy to offer these with a perfect fit for all headlight reflectors.
Plenty of stock and cool quantity breakdowns.

Buy yours now.

5 january 2024 - NEW

Welcome to 2024 !
Let us wish you a good health, lot of success, fortune and a lot of VW fun.

The VW fun part we will help what we can where we can.
Every week new and better products.

The BBT products train doesn’t stop going on, no, it doesn’t slow down.
There’s a lot in the pipeline for 2024!

We take a flying start with that.
Welcome to BBT news.

When VW do Brazil quits production for the door check rod for bay window buses a mere 10 years ago, supply dried up soon.
With no sources left BBT decided to team up and start our own production.

This was not an easy one and took us four years to finish as we wanted it.
We needed the right tension on the spring, the correct looks, the prefect density on the rubber and many more details to be correct at once.

Another BBT exclusively made with proud for you.
Door stops for beetle and early bus you find HERE

0438-65 Door check rod – Bus 08/67-07/77 SWT

We add a third quality of floorplates for beetle.
Our Economy floor plate too thin, our OE Quality too expensive for many.

We teamed up with IGP and bring you this 1mm thick floor plate with a better paint finish right in between.
We care for your Volkswagen from the bottom up!

BBT complete floor plate line HERE

The 1968 model year was one of these model years the beetle had loads updates.
One update was the fuel tank breather.

The rubber that connects the breather pipe with the fuel tank during first 6 months for the 68-model year was discontinued and VW already changed the design after 6 months.

BBT tooled up and brings back this specific 6-months only rubber.
High quality, with correct dimensions, made after a German NOS part.

We bring back the dash pod mounting kits for split window beetle, Early Pre-A Porsche and barndoor buses.

Complete new production on brand new tooling.
