Wowh, we did score again… 4 absolute NOS Front axles for Split window bus 55-63… and yes they’re for sale…
This is real old stock, German, No Fakie Doo! little dirty from 40 years something in storage, they’re brand new underneath! never used, never mounted!
We dismantled one drum to see and believe… everything is absolutely new, brand new…from back in the day….
The tie rods may be a little bend from storage and transport over the years, but they’re the right ones, with the loose tie rod ends rubber caps… You can straighten easily!
How long is it ago You saw NOS brake shoes WITH the VW logo printed on it?
Either for sale each separate or all 4 at once… just let me know, I have a very sharp price on them…. they have to go!

We just got in a real nice and very well build 1966 Kombi double door…all ready for the road….
Narrowed and lowered CB performance front axle with a straight axle in the back.
Extreme cool roof rack is included in the price…
The alloys do look real cool under this bus, very special and not seen before in this combo!
The bus was all welded and is hard as a bone now, in regards to body work You don’t have to preview NOTHING!!!
No dents, no collision, no rust, wowh, that sounds like a cool hard perfect body!
Driver cabin,… the steering was changed inclined a little to the back, also steering box etc is all well sorted out this makes that the steering wheel is slightly inclined what makes driving way better! . This is a real cruiser, all day long, forget the back or neck pains from the regular split bus drives, this baby is made for freeways, all day long!
Seats been from a later model bus, before You react, You should try them out, ok not most beautiful, but the sit, steer, pedal combination is close to perfect here! I never had a split bus ever before was so relaxed to drive!
Headrests for safety here, , doesn’t look bad huh????
As said, this bus was all welded, and the good way, previous owner Tobias made a great job, but after years of fun he decided he wanted an older bus…. sad to see it go, he asked us if we can find a good home for it… Can You help?
Double door, doubles the fun!
Don’t we all like “see through”positions….???? The whole unit is powered by a NOS engine with only couple of 100km’s since mounting… we do NOT talk about a rebuild here, but an ORIGINAL NOS German VW engine FROM the Factory!!!!
Ready to go, this bus is a cruizer, no works anymore, except a small service before take it on public roads, some thing that is not a big deal here as everything is fully functional! Service we can provide at cost.
Very delighted we can offer such a nice bus here! All further information on Bob@BBT4vw.com
