We had two new cars in over the long weekend in Belgium (Nov 11 is bank holiday in Belgium) a 1958 Ragtop Beetle and a 1973 Sliding roof bay window bus… both are very nice cars and ready to use…
Let’s start with the Ragtop Beetle first, build Dec 1957 this is a very first model with the large rear window in the back.
Sorry for less light quality on the pictures, but it was grey, overcast and pouring rain outside, so we had to shoot “indoor”
A very cool cruizer, assembled in Belgium (documented) and do come with its original Bill of sale
Was restored over ten years ago in its original Diamond Grey color, there is a very few rust spots, nothing bad, but we have to mention….
Still features its all original interior!
Brand new headliner and ragtop cover recently installed by a VW interior specialist.
Cool dash with period radio, what can a Vintage VW driver ask more?
Secondly came fresh out of Spain, together with the first oranges, to celebrate Saint Nicolas (we celebrate that Holey man Dec 6) being orange this can be your perfect Saint Nicolas Gift, the only problem is to get it through the chimney!
1973 Bay window WITH sliding roof, in fully working order (the roof and the car, that is! ) My nephew drove it home out of Barcelona last weekend! He fell in love, but can’t afford, your gain….
Straight and clean, not perfect, but very very nice enough to do what its made for, giving loads of fun to all that step in for the ride!
It’s nice to have an orange bay window deluxe, fits perfectly with all of your seventies outing trips to the Disco reunions, or just to carry some friends around, good times ahead… guaranteed!
It’s nice from every angle… no dents or rust that we could spot.
Inside it features a Z hinge bed to sleep under the stars when the roof is open, when it rains, You close the roof to stay dry, hah!
Interior need some detail, but it’s all there….
Rock solid floors, that’s what we like!
And rock solid cab floors we like even more!
Did we catch your interest on any of those? just send an email to Bob@BBT4VW.com for full information and/or pricing….
