With real proud we introduce today our small spline bus brake drum.
This brake drum fits to your "small nut" rear axle.

To make the splines in a brake drum you need a special spline tool.
To make brake drum splines this tool is around 2 meters long.

Brand new BBT brake drums have been made with our own brand new spline tool.
Made to dimensions of 100% new (NOS) splines.

Most spline tools still around are worn and out of dimension.
Our large spline tool is finished as well (see product updates here below)

BBT continiously makes more brake drum models 
We follow up the process completely, foundry, machining and packaging.

When Bosch ceased production of their 12 Volt coil we started our own research.

VW beetle pre 1960 body is fixed with two bolts under the rear seat.
Later models use only one bolt.

These bolts help holding your body to your chassis.
Between body and chassis sits a rubber shock pad.

The bolt(s) go through this rubber pads.
For the two bolt pre 1960 model we now add  the correct rubber pad.

January 14 2022 we started this little project.

As Bob was tired to search, dig and beg to get all necessary parts for one of his own cars,
he decided to stand up and start a (re)production.

Finding all the NOS parts was a challenge, but we succeeded, 
Bob especially wishes to thank all BBT friends involved.

This mounting kit for emergency brake cables goes for all Volkswagens up to 1955 with hydraulic brakes.
These cars have the emergency brake cables adjusted in the frame head
