Ever listened to upbeat music while wrenching VW's?
We bet you did.

Upbeat music and VWs come along with each other very well.
Good parts come along with your beloved VW too.

Let us take care for that.
Every week more and better.

Welcome to the BBT NEWS.
Let the fresh air in.
Easy to control UNI-VENT style ventilation system for your split window bus.

Mounts directly in your standard roof mounted fresh airbox, no adjusting needed.
Re-use original screws, super easy.

Works so much better than overpriced ambulance fans at a fraction of the price.
Watch the video for correct installation.

Did we give you idea's for a cool X-Mass or New Years present?
TRW/Varga quits production.
Even we begged really hard, no mercy.

We had to start our own venture.
We made a good master cylinder for a bargain price.

Proudly presented in a BBT box,
so you can be sure from the quality.

TOP Quality brand FTE HERE.
T25/T3/Vanagon owners this one is for you.
This is the ring that holds your gascap.

Bolted through your body with two more rings holding the (in)famous rubber elbow in between.
All T25/T3/Vanagon fuel filler neck parts HERE
T25/T3/Vanagon Syncro models have the gas tank in the rear.
Hence they have a separate filler system.

This is the big black plastic fuel filler neck holder.
The rubber and filler hose for syncro only HERE

Syncro only!
Besides ATE VW fitted also Girling brake calipers on VW buses from 1975 up to 1986.
In between there are even two different models Girling brake calipers used.

However, no information is found which years or models used which model.
The difference is mostly easy to see in the diameter of the mounting pins.

Mounting kits with 4,5mm pins have been already longer available HERE
Now we add the mounting kits with 6mm pins.

Measure the diameter of your pins before ordering.
This is for Girling brake calipers on 75-86 only!
This rubber sits between your lens and your ring.
For upright headlights that is.

We upgraded this rubber to what it should be.
We molded out of one piece to fit smoothly over your headlight glass.

We now offer the perfect fit with a big price cut.
Seal around lens for sloping headlight HERE
We upgraded our 31/34 PICT-4 carburetor rebuild kits.
We worked with the same factory as our 28PCI rebuild kits HERE

Tested thoroughly before production.
Huge price reduction and check out our sharp quantity discounts.
Tune that stereo out loud, happy wrenching!

29 november 2024 - NEW

Cold, misty, grey, overcast, humid...
Late fall really feels like boring winter in Western Europe.

Many of us now spend time in their garage or shop.
Working on projects to release hopefully in the spring .

Let us help you with more and better parts
Non stop.
Welcome to  the BBT NEWS.
For several years we work on our BBT brake drum line.
Today we proudly launch two new applications.

Developed with greatest precision.
Cast iron is assessed for 27 different chemical elements during the melting and casting process.

NOS stub axles modelled for our two-meter-long brand-new spline tool.
Extreme quality control in every step of the process.

BBT brake drums can easily be considered as Original Equipment.
They do not come any better.

Made in Brazil.
All BBT brake drums HERE
Out of a canceled special order we now offer bus side panels without louvres/air vents.
Right side comes with the gas flap hole though.

Economically priced what makes it a good solution if you only want to change your side partially.
Perfect to create your own fantasy (camping)trailer, food truck or decoration.

Regular bus side panels HERE
A broken suspension stop holder is no longer reason to discard your IRS trailing arm.
We're happy to offer now a perfect repair stud.

Originally welded our repair stud bolts for easy installation.
Or can be welded for perfection.

Our correct 60mm suspension stop HERE
Type 4 alternator ring now available.
This seal made from hard-plastic is a necessity to mount the alternator properly on your Type 4 engine.

Rubber air flow elbows for Type 4 alternators HERE
Normal hardware we add to our product lines, we don't publish on our weekly news letter.
Except when it's a special one.
This bolt tightens your swing liver to your front axle on T1 & T2 buses.
Often neglected this bolt is a very important part of your steering system.
Originally 8.8 we decided 10.9 is a better standard.
You don't want your steering to be wrong.
Being the mounting kit only for the brake pedal before, we now add  necessary hardware for your clutch pedal too.

Hardware for brake and clutch pedal together just seemed logic to us.
BBT NEWS team wishes you a very nice weekend with lots of (inside) VW fun.

22 november 2024 - NEW

At the pace of multiple containers a week, our stocks are slowly reaching the levels we wanted them to be.
You, our customer, have the right of perfect infill.

To spice it up a little we toss in several new parts too.
Welcome to the BBT NEWS.

Unavailable for a longer period with no satisfying alternatives.
So we had simply to  make it ourselves, exactly what we did.

We made our own late model Bay window bus brake booster.
We guided the well willing factory through the project making exactly what we needed.

Designed with the correct right-angle 14mm hose connection at the front,
and an angled vacuum connection at the rear.

The perfect replacement with a price tag you will like even more
This is a proud BBT production.

Early bay brake booster HERE

Beetle engine lid hinges.
Or at least the brackets holding them.

Time for chrome is over for most part,
so we add them in black color.

At a slightly better price too.
If you prefer them chromed, you can find HERE
25 & 30HP engines (that is 36 for our US friends) have a slightly different oil slinger on their crankshaft than later engines.

Nowhere available and running out of NOS we tooled up and made the correct oil slinger available for the early engines.

The oil slinger for the later engines HERE
In addition to the standard black nitrile seals (BBT 2110 & 2110-100), we now have them in red.
In Silicone we already had red for some time (BBT 2110-010)
The 25/30hp and 1200 engines have 20mm clips instead of 22mm.
We've had the 22mm for a long time (BBT 1603-250), but because they sometimes get lost during an engine rebuild, we now have the 20mm.
We used to have these 2 glasses from Hella, but unfortunately they are no longer available.
After a long search we found an alternative in these unbranded glasses.
These have a very favorable price with an even better QTY price.
