18 december 2012 - Rare and for sale

Before the years end we got in some very remarkable later cars, we like to offer You. Give yourselves that ultimate Christmas present Your always dreamed off, or gift it to somebody else, You will be surprised of the smile on their face when opening their gift box!

First I like to present an all original untouched 1972 1302 “super ” Weltmeister beetle.

on the website www.1302super.com we found a very nice description of this special series…..

5000 ‘Marathon Beetles’ where produced during 1972 to celebrate the Beetles world record production figure of 15,007,034 – that car (a 1302) subsequently named the ‘World Champion’. ‘Marathon Beetles’ were offered across all Beetle models with special Marathon Metallic (metallic silver/blue, 96M) paint and silver and black sports wheels (Lemmertz made), part no. 000 071 475B, with octagonal alloy centre caps.

This car is pretty original, and hardly untouched, it needs works, but is more then worth the effort!

perfect color combo…

complete and nice from every angle

No major rust or issues, perfect to take apart, repair some small spots, paint and assemble, let’s call it the fun part of a restoration….

complete dash with everything….

original headliner will revive just after cleaning!

the most desire Lemmerz wheels ever used on a Volkswagen

wowh Baby!

this dream can be in your garage before you eve realise, don’t let it slip away!

And as a second we have a very very nice 1967 project… straight from the extreme dry part of Texas. This car is rock solid, all You find is surface rust, fenders and front hood are believed to be new NOS, and there is some NOS rubber and trim coming along as well, this happens when You worked too long for a dealer… the car was simply never finished…

1967 is a “transit” year, between old and new, 1967 beetles been considered as “the most special” by many….

perfect 67 only doors, NOS fenders, all correct aprons, Nos front hood, body wise this baby is already for a very easy resto!

67 only….

From left to right; NOS, NOS and NOS…..

without carpets, no hidden (rust) secrets, all super solid!

the mint condition headliner is another extra!

Nos, no questions asked….

crazy “double tube” air cleaner, this is reality, not a dream!

peep under the fenders, the story only gets better!

surface rust, all You will find….

even still factory marks in the inner fenders, how crazy is that?

straight and solid!

in every angle and every corner… just a joy to look at!

comes with a cool amount of parts to assemble, rubbers are NOS, alu trim frames as well!

Are You the one that will turn these key’s next?

The Maya Indians start their new calender on Saturday, do You too? Time to surround You with a perfect project? Still possible as these two baby’s are worth their value as gold! Kill these cold winter months and arrive on the next spring show in your timeless classic, the best investment for your savings at this time!
