23 january 2011 - Inside BBT

Since production of the first Volkwagen it was clear there were no boundary limits and our beloved Aircooled friends can now be found everywhere on planet earth. This week we had a long expected visit from Arünas and his friends who live in Latvia. They made a long journey to have a personal chat and cooperation discussion to help his Aircooled friends to keep their Volkswagens on the road.

Many thanks for your enjoyable BBT visit Arünas!!!

22 january 2011 - Publicity

Due to BBT’s participation to Super VW magazine, 2009 edition “grand concours” we had to fulfil a promise as we offered a set of 4 chrome BBT GT Sprintstars as trophy. Unfortunately, the first start on Sprintstar launch wasn’t really what we mentioned when the first load came in and Phil had the choice to get a set as they were or he could wait for the 2nd, revised delivery. As Phil was patient enough he decided to wait… With the new Sprintstar arrival we had the chance to fulfill our promise. Last week one of the BBT drivers dropped of a set of 4 Sprintstar wheels + 1 extra as spare @ Phil ‘s home. Thank you Phil for your participation in Super VW “grand concours” and we hope the Sprintstars were worth waiting…

As Phil wasn’t @ home, his father had the luck to receive and inspect the wheels.

Check out the latest Japanese Street VW magazine full coverage of Japan’s first Vintage treffen…

and who’s on the back cover of this fantastic mag?

Woehaa, we made it to the backcover!!! With extreme good memories on this beautiful weekend where Linda and me drove Mr Komori’s extreme cool Dannenhauer and Stauss. We like to thank again the entire Flat 4 team, and especially Mr & Mrs Komori and Nao for taking such good care for us during our stay.

Well get your copy of that latest Street VW magazine (vol78) for the full coverage and to get the taste to visit next edition, I hear rumours there would be a continuation probably in  september 2011???? Stay tuned for more info, because VW’s are cool, and Japan culture is very cool, so Vintage VW’s in Japan are extreme cool! Don’t miss out next edition!
