At the pace of multiple containers a week, our stocks are slowly reaching the levels we wanted them to be.
You, our customer, have the right of perfect infill.

To spice it up a little we toss in several new parts too.
Welcome to the BBT NEWS.

Unavailable for a longer period with no satisfying alternatives.
So we had simply to  make it ourselves, exactly what we did.

We made our own late model Bay window bus brake booster.
We guided the well willing factory through the project making exactly what we needed.

Designed with the correct right-angle 14mm hose connection at the front,
and an angled vacuum connection at the rear.

The perfect replacement with a price tag you will like even more
This is a proud BBT production.

Early bay brake booster HERE

Beetle engine lid hinges.
Or at least the brackets holding them.

Time for chrome is over for most part,
so we add them in black color.

At a slightly better price too.
If you prefer them chromed, you can find HERE
25 & 30HP engines (that is 36 for our US friends) have a slightly different oil slinger on their crankshaft than later engines.

Nowhere available and running out of NOS we tooled up and made the correct oil slinger available for the early engines.

The oil slinger for the later engines HERE
In addition to the standard black nitrile seals (BBT 2110 & 2110-100), we now have them in red.
In Silicone we already had red for some time (BBT 2110-010)
The 25/30hp and 1200 engines have 20mm clips instead of 22mm.
We've had the 22mm for a long time (BBT 1603-250), but because they sometimes get lost during an engine rebuild, we now have the 20mm.
We used to have these 2 glasses from Hella, but unfortunately they are no longer available.
After a long search we found an alternative in these unbranded glasses.
These have a very favorable price with an even better QTY price.
