The last leg of my trip is the awesome show the Yeager family put together with MidAmerica team, unbelievable organisation, with numerous seminars, panel discussions, lots of contents, huge prize giving and some great catering….
Unfortunately the weather literally “flushed ” a lot of the fun, but still the show is amazing!
The welcome dinner at the Yeager’s was warm and nice, as always! did You recognize our big friend from Tennessee, Dr. Mac Jones? second from right?
Morning started with rain, so sad…:(
Still turn out wasn’t that bad, in regards to weather conditions….
The real “Monster” beetle, came all the way from Phoenix Arizona, on a trailer we have to say…:)
Our Danish friend Mr Mogens himself present! looking always young as ever!
Line up was on the roads, as they didn’t took the risk to let people park on the grass to avoid turning it into a mud pool….
1943 Schwimmwagen, nice!

Our friend Dr.Mac Jones from Summerville Tennessee was invited to bring over some part of his collection and make a display in the “MyGarage” museum….
Schwimmwagen, a couple of Kubelwagens, motorcycles, guns, everything, Dr. Mac does know what he’s talking about!
This litttle tractor was used to tow the Messerschmidt Rocket plane to to the tracks!
1945 Kubelwagen build just after the British took over Wolfsburg factory! extreme rare!

Oh yes there is still cheap Ghia convertibles out there, like this one for less then a 1000 euro! the only problem was how to get it home!
Swap meet was cool, and some good parts on board!
We had our own proper boot at this show, as a main supplier of mid America we were proud to show our products…
The boot was in this magnificent “Install dome”, how about that!
