We had some special visitors at the BBT boot last weekend, here some pictures… sorry for the ones we missed or couldn’t take the photograph…
Edwin “The Seppe” hang out at the boot quiet a bit!
Flat line Lowrider club delegation was rather small, but several members came by…
Pascal received the nice crowds…:)
Large VW collector Stef Dendievel came by to hang out too!
Brain and organiser of this massive VW event, Paul Yvon Duffieux! Great job Paul, incredible, we do respect you A LOT!
Long time friend of the House Koen Desmedt from former Geko tuning always come by to say hi!
BBT customer from the first hour, and avid collector of some of Belgium finest VW’s Francis Quariat with some friends…
Cedric and Sylvie, the best known Belgium VW travellers…Sylvie you deserved that kiss! For all you do for the VW community… worldwide!
Bambino Bob between other kids, with the da’s looking…. the most funny VW guys on planet earth! Brothers Kevin and Sven and some more from the local VW scene around BBT…
VW event promoter and long time bus collector, Hans Sprenkels and family!
“Samba” Ben… this guy ROCKS!!!…. Especially after a few beers….LOL!
Many more, but we try to list always a few highlights…. VW shows are fun, and BBT booth is a must do on any show where we display! …
Better than the average Ghia Lowlight coupe, I don’t like partially dismantled cars too much, but upon inspection this was really worthwhile to be “saved”…. a very good body for a lowlight to start with, without any doubt!
ATS Cookie cutter alloys and a very nice lowered stance are just two extra’s that gives this car, even partially dismantled, a real cool look!
Pretty straight…. this body don’t need too much. It has some work and some bondo, but guess that’s what every Lowlight has ….
It’s hard to beat the cool factor of a low light nose, period!
Inside the nose is a jewel, this is so extremely hard to find and very hard to fix as well, but here its only the normal paint process that will apply!
Thin back seats and most of the dash complete…. all glass do come along, although the front windshield is broken…
A period correct 30Din Hp (that’s 36SAE for our american brothers) is in the car, unfortunately not matching nrs….
Solid rear end, that’s not rear ended, ah! Even battery tray is still solid….
A whole bunch of spare parts do come along, rear quarter windows, window moldings, bumpers etc etc… things You will need for the restoration!
If You’re wanted to start a Lowlight restoration and are looking for a base car, don’t pass this, because they simply will not come any better quality/price ratio…
On demand we can provide a full picture file, more information and/or price… all obtainable most easy by email on Bob@BBT4vw.com
Wowh! The largest edition from “le bug show” is a fact, and that was last weekend!
BBT had a great trade boot!
Some cars …
and an assortment of the proudly produced BBT parts
BBT’s Teufelheb made a couple of nice passes and became third in over 2.0l class…..
Swap meet was loaded with people! All weekend long!
BBT Hans wrenched the weekend away…:)
The slowly very well-known but ultra private BBT saturday night party was attended by friend and enemy… but fun we had!….:) Drunken Brits are always fun to handle…:)
Sunday morning found the kids watching the races on their own made grand stand…
BBT’s back up truck helped several stranded Vw’s again this weekend… what a beast… and a special birthday too, BBT owns this van exactly 20 years this year, a big celebration….
BBT’s laddertruck was doing his publicity as usual….
I hardly could leave our booth, so no pictures from other cars or parts of the show, sorry for that, it was just packed and busy!
