Just random early pictures picked up from several sources, just for all of us to enjoy and let us dream…
Nostalgia!!
Rising inflation, fueled by an overheated economy, shortage of work force, a never got-a-way pandemic and a war that can’t be won by any of the two parties…
Good news is different, but out of our magic to change anything.
Our magic, more and better product for your beloved Volkswagen, we practice in full force.
Every week, this week is no different
Welcome to our weekly news letter
This pushrod is the connection between your brake pedal and master brake cylinder.
More important as you would imagine at first sight as this push rod adjust the play between pedal and master cylinder.
This play is extreme important for proper function.
The official Volkswagen workshop manual learn us when the brakes are not in use the clearance should be 0.04 inch or 1 mm between push rod en and bottom of recess in the piston.
This to ensure that the compensating port in the master cylinder is not covered by the primary cup inside your master cylinder.
Incorrect adjustment can freeze your brakes, you better take care.
Now also available for Beetle 1957 on, for your VW bus you can find HERE

Finding good cores to make counterweighted cranks gets more and more difficult, so we add an extra oversize to our range.
BBT counterweight cranks start from original cranks, checked and welded with extra counterweights and finally professionally grinded and polished.
Adding counterweights let run your engine in a way better balance and gives a smoother rotation.
We build countless engines with these cranks and for mild and medium tuned engines this is still our favorite choice.
The complete range of our counterweighted cranks you can find HERE
We buy from our supplier what’s available, everybody wants first cut, but unfortunately they’re not always available, Thanks for understanding.
If you have a pile of good core crankshafts laying around we’re always interested to buy.

These plastic covers been used for the 1971 model year only, sitting inside next to your rear window left and right.
These cover grills have a double effect.
Firstly giving an airflow over the inside of your rear window to keep damp away, or at least try to.
Secondly it guides the inside cab pressure out created when you close the doors of your beetle.
Originally made from a seventies plastic that starve after all those years we offer these now in a nice fiberglass reproduction.
