It’s nice to see how people are adapting to situations, some do it fast, some do it normal, some don’t…

We’re all effected by the Covid-19 virus in one way or another, but we shall live to learn from it, in a kind a way worse than a world war, because now there are  no “neutral” countries….

It will not be the most intelligent neither the strongest, but only the one who’s able to adapt, he will survive, nothing less can be said from the current situation today….

Even on a small-scale we,the  BBT News team, have to adapt. All in a sudden working from different locations was something we never experienced before, just yell to the other desk in the last minutes before publication was all at a sudden no part of it anymore… But I think we found a way around it, we’re a kind of “adapted” and ready for our new future, only nobody can predict how we will wake up from this….:)

Besides all this we got also the extra task for a “Wednesday Thank You day” Blog  which makes our lifes even more interesting…. and graceful we should be, don’t we all realise that  now….

For this week we have some new products for the Brazilian Kombi models. These parts are not really made for European models unless different specified.

Let’s start with the cargo doors for Brazilian Kombi.

Many of the Brazilian buses are imported in a rather”sorry’ kind a shape.
We, @ BBT, try to help and will build up our line of spare parts for the Brazilian made Kombi starting with the cargo doors.

Practically the same as European Barndoor buses up to 1955 they’re a way different like a normal made European Kombi 1955-1967.
So we  stock these for Brazilian Kombi only and for the brave who want  to adapt them into their barndoor bus….
Quality of this part is Brazilian aftermarket and has nothing to do with our Silver Weld Through program for European buses.

Next is for the real vintage lovers among us.

Engine oil pressure switch up to 1960 used a screwed terminal to connect the electric wire.

With this new product we didn’t succeed the exact form of the Original VW part from those years, but …we made at least something that prevents you from messing up your original wire loom in order to get an oil pressure switch working.

Last but not least this week is this cam shaft for VW Type 4 engines.
Original used in VW Porsche 914 engines with hydraulic lifters.

Like almost every three weeks now we received a new full container of our quality sheet metal….

This container got the first delivery of new oval window front fenders….unfortunatly all sold out already…

We also got the pre assembled Single cab loading bed frames….

All of BBT fenders been made on private owned tooling and all of our Oval window fenders fenders do come in their proper boxes, sorry this first supply didn’t have the cool printed boxes yet….

Thank You especially to all this so much-needed people for the jobs that really matters, always matters, but now, especially, nurses, doctors, people in nursing and elderly homes, drivers, all people working in the food industry and supply chain, police officers, not to forget our armies, garbage collectors, scientists, politicians and all and everybody we forgot on this short list…. Just thank you guys for being present on the front lines of this…totally unfair war against humanity. Your fight and presence can be easily compared with that of soldiers at a war front. You’re there and fight for us, to keep us alive and treat us where necessary…. without You the world would be a big problem for every human being right now! So thank You, many times thank You, a zillion times thank You. We should remember this forever!

Our thoughts go out to all of our friends, family, customers and suppliers who fight the virus, or whose family or friends are in the hospital or, in the worst case, passed away….

Let’s fight together and come out of this all as better human beings with more respect for each other. We need all people in our communities, also the ones who work everyday to just be there if we don’t feel well…
