Wednesday April 29 2020 our good friend Darrell Vittone passed away after a battle of several health issues, Darrell didn’t do good for the last couple of weeks.

Son of Joe Vittone founder of EMPI, Darrell was a pretty important name in aircooled VW performance. He was a very fine technician with a high progressive vision.

Tuning of Volkswagens he did since he was a kid…

Our thoughts and feelings go out to Darrell’s family, he will be a big miss for sure…

I was lucky that I became a good friend with Darrell and we traveled together sometimes. Darrell loved Italian food, so I brought him to Italy once, in my 58 deluxe… We both enjoyed that trip so much. Darrell kept on saying how much it reminded him to his grandparents, and also to a trip with his dad all over Europe in the early seventies.

We have so many good memories with Darrell we selected some very special moments together to share with all of You.

Darrell can you rest in peace my friend, I will always remember you and many of my decisions I have to make I will do with your advise in my memory, be sure of that.

Its Wednesday, out of our humble BBT crew we like to be graceful and thank everybody taking that extra step to fight the Corona crisis we’re living in today!

Yes we do not forget, but a lot of people give a lot of extra power to nurse our sick people, to keep the public transport going, to keep food and drink shops open…
Other people try hard to start the economy back up

Politicians try to figure out  an exit in a very fragile balance between back to normal or a raise in curves….
Teachers and school directions are figuring all out to restart schools in safe envirmonts…..

And so many more people we simply don’t know about, energy sector, or waste and the list is long and goes on

Very simple stated  we like to thank you all, and out of the deepest of our hearts, that you do what you do, to make our lives acceptable and give us the less possible problems to continue our lives, even sometimes with risk of your own life!

Thank you so much, too many people complaining, but we are just very happy there’s so many brave people who don’t talk, but DO!

Many many times Thank You, we can’t repeat enough!

Yesterday another container of high quality Silver Weld Through metal came in.

Included was another production of early front fenders for your oval window beetle.
The fenders come now in their custom designed boxes, a collectible on its own!

Nice products should be packed well, so we spend quiet some time designing and developing the box for our fenders, and that shows….
Yes we’re a bunch of happy people today!
