Yes, I’m an addict KLM frequent flyer, their planes take me always where I have to be…; and this 747 Kombi was no exception…

Ah!! Japan! That’s the destination… a week full of fun, full of Volkswagens, and full of excellent food! Yes, I’m in!!

Some impressions???… Arriving at Narita international airport in Tokyo, most easy is to take the bus to the city center and your hotel, very convenient transport…

If You like to travel by train, it’s a little cheaper, it’s a cool system and it works incredible, (more later this week about rails!) but as said, You first have to figure it all out….

Publicity everywhere…… small and BIG signs… thank God we don’t understand all the crap…:)

You can choose your food mainly on the street at every restaurant, mainly by pictures, but here they had samples…

Coffee for  a welcome…. yes we do like Japan, we love You!

Shinagawa station, we stay very close, so this will be the start of our daily excursions…. this is normal density, rush hours are way worse….

and now… a shower and go for dinner… more Japanese updates tomorrow…

What’s glued to our bumper? Is that the new Google driverless car??? No its just another 1963 single cab our friend Loren is towing to our shipper!

BBT’s Frank, last week, delivered the infamous “Dalton Electric” bus to its new owner Frédéric. In regards to all reactions we’ve gotten,  this bus caused quiet a stir! But Frédéric “snapped” it away before anybody got a chance…. congratulations to Frédéric!  But also  good news for trusty BBT Blog readers, there’s a similar bus coming out of the woodwork in the next coming months, so for sure stay tuned and act fast….
