Today on your beloved FPU we have some real High Quality and unique treat’s to share with you all …
Brand New in the BBT program:
In order to get our range more and more complete we finished a new production of brake backing plates, in order to made those we searched high and above for NOS parts to start from what was EXTREMLY hard to get! Even the largest NOS bus buffers in the world didn’t had those parts available! By coincidence we got from a very long time hidden NOS stack from down deep South in Italy (Thanks Enrico!) As our other backing plates we made those to the highest available quality standards to original Volkswagen specs, and to be honest even little better… Correct into the most small detail. We’re very proud to help out the VW community with the availability of this really long time obsolete part. So Lady’s and Gentlemen let us present you……
Front backing plates for Volkswagen split window bus 1964-1967 use BBT # 1291-825 for left and BBT # 1292-825 for the right side.
as all of BBT backing plates they do come in our world recognised quality packaging. Ask your local dealer for the BBT brand!

Mr Francois from France is a “fast” guy… our uber cool 1955 Kombi was just 5 days “fresh in” from Cali before he snapped it away!
Last Saturday he came by to pick it up, bring it home and cover it with enough TLC (Tender, Love and Care) like he does with his 53 oval, just a nice pair of cars to have in your Garage…
We wish Mr Francois all the best with his new acquisition.
The honour was mine to drive it on the trailer….
2 brothers….
the official “handing over” of the key’s, almost like a wedding….:)
