Friend of Da House Larry Mc Kenzie, from the Bay area in California USA decided to compete next year in the Sports Car Club of America Runnoffs held in Laguna Seca in 2014. It’s the first time since 1968 SCCA organize the Runnoffs at the West Coast. Our friend Larry grabs this opportunity to test his driving skills again… (and he’s good, believe me!)

To compete along he decided to get another Formula Vee so he can rely on well-known and reliable VW technique ….

Your BBT team has many different personalities, each with his skills and specialties. Ann, member of BBT’s administration team, shows her cooking skills when we received a little present from one of our neighbors. A small favor to our neighbor daddy-cool resulted in a delivery of delicious wok meal. Kukie does the taste test, and it seems to be OK…

Last Saturday we had a special transport out of the High North…. another pair of cool VW beetles entered BBT shores… we don’t stop, and keep on movin’movin’….

1956 extreme faded stratos…. nice ‘n dull 1961 Beryll green…. or how beautiful old VW’s can be….

This little oval got potential, do we love the faded paint? You bet!

Don’t mind if you crack to this one, just enjoy the club, we’ve all been cracked for this one….

“Looks” it’s what its all about isn’t it? Let’s call this appearance… an elegant lady, a beautiful patina’d car, there is something equal about both if they cross our path… oh yes, we’re car guys, in and out…:)

Decent to start from, a lot of untouched glory…shall we clean the windows? do we have to?

Very reasonable price for a lot of car… How many unmolested ovals are still out there? Coming down in numbers last couple of years, don’t they?
