We, @ BBT, are very concerned about the quality and even we make certain of our products for a very long time we realise that only regular testing can guarantee our continue quality! No exceptions for our bumpers…
Just as general information we like to share a periodically test report from a regular made salt spray test on our BBT chrome bumpers…
As the general standard in automotive these days, we always require an 240 hours salt spray test just to make sure our quality still match our descriptions…
As you can see on pictures below, the bumpers look as good after 24, 120 as 240 hours of testing…. BBT chrome bumpers is the best quality for a decent price your money can buy!!!

Many people ask me what I think about Brazil and especially about big city Sao Paolo… well its huge… but… its way more as only favelas. Don’t want to minimalize the favelas but in the western world many people think Sao Paolo is only about favelas and that’s NOT the truth!
Sao Paolo is a rather modern city and has many and very beautiful skyscrapers… on my way back to the hotel earlier this week I took a couple of “impression” pictures to share with all of you!
But there’s many more!
It’s a vibrant city as well, with lots of nice restaurants and especially very friendly people, everywhere!
And many trendy places.. like this biker bar, burgers, beer, motorcycle wash & barbershop, all a biker needs, definitely one of our favourites!
They even have Belgian chocolate here!
And they have beautiful VW collections, (Thanks to Camillo to let visit his collection!)
Time to say goodbye for this trip report of last two weeks I like to finish with a beautiful sunrise out of my hotel room… time to fly home now…
Bye bye Sao Paolo, hopefully till anytime soon!

Jerry and I come to an end of our Brazil trip… over 35 company visits, guess its time to come home now…:)
Last two days we visit another couple of factories… some didn’t allow to make me pictures (and share with you) others do follow BBT Blog and understand its power!
Here is the report of the last “leg” of our trip…
First we stopped at ZF, the mother company that holds brands as Sachs, TRW and Varga. We visited their distribution plant this time.
Jessica and Mariana are our daily contacts here!!
The warehouse of this distribution centre is huge…
They have a similar logistic system as BBT, reach truck put it in the shelves…
Man up order pickers get the orders together.. here the order pickers go full height up to 15 metres!
This is the “small zone” with all kind of transmission parts, this are always ready for “rush orders”
and so after picking all comes to packing zone… very professional, wowh!
Thanks for the tour Mariana and Jessica! we enjoyed fully!
Next stop was a small but high quality manufacturer of tail light lenses and small plastic components. “Small”… hmmm at first sight, but in this building there’s no less than 10 injection machines!!
and no small ones neither!
and a lot of lovely girls that finish the products!! Even they’re kind a “shy”…:)

And everywhere You go in Brazil, coffee is ready… hospitality here is enormous!

So a BBT sticker ceremony was obligated!!
Last (featured) stop of this trip was the factory where they make WOLFF bumpers…
This is a BIG operation!
Let’s start with the raw material first… This is what will become bumpers…:)
Machines are old, but nevertheless very impressive!
Bumpers and machines everywhere!
But also the warehouse is extremely impressive…
Same factory has also a production for plastic bumpers… no less as 4 impressive injection machines ranging from 1 to 2 TON’S!!!
Today we have some meetings in our hotel.. and we will visit a large private collection on our way to the airport, tonight we fly home… Home sweet home!!
