This is a real big event, unbelievable big, nobody can say how big it is… there is just VW everywhere! For me, seeing a lot all over the world, this is the largest VW event you can ever attend… and the good thing is, its only growing!

It’s all about picnic, meeting friends, family, “gemüdlich” as they say in German…; Vw hobby brings so many people together, that’s the real spirit! If You never experienced we can real honestly tell You’re NOT a VW guy (or girl) .

This is real German VW style, selling spares, or doubles out of your trunk…. plenty do that, and sometimes bargains can be found but always new friends can be made!

The event is a one day event… and early afternoon some people start already the trek back home again…
If you never experienced May 1st this is an absolutely must do for any serious VW fan… its just like family, the largest family reunion of the world, so make sure to schedule travel plans direction of Hannover next year!
And me?? Well I’m not finished yet this trip. I will continue to Wolfsburg, and try to find out some more history on my bus…. so stay tuned, because very very spectacular stories and incredible mind-blowing pictures to come in the next days!
Don’t tell me I never told You… you get a report every year about this show I attend for a straight 25 years in a row (except for one I missed because of a confirmation of my Godson)

“Teilemarkt” as they call a swap meet in German was crowded whole day long!
